WilliamsWarn invented the worlds first Personal Brewery in 2011 in New Zealand. Beverages naturally carbonate on the first day of fermentation so when the beer or cider is ready after 7 or 4.5 days respectively, there is the option to either consume from the brewery or bottle the carbonated beverage. The counter-pressure bottler was developed for that purpose and it can also be used to bottle carbonated beverages from a Cornelius Keg. The difference between medalling at a brewing competition and no mention at all is often a lack of carbonation fault. The WilliamsWarn bottler is very easy to operate and pressurises the bottle before filling. Speed of filling is controlled by a pressure relief valve on the bottler. Copper Brazed Stainless Steel Plate Beer Wort Chillers The Most Efficient Wort Chillers by Duda Energy Plate heat exchangers are the most efficient and economical heat exchangers in the market. When used with wort chilling, you will save the most in time and water. To clean them, simply back flush with clean water and then bake in an oven to evaporate out all of the water for storage between brews. If you are looking for an economical chiller, choose one of the B3-12A models. The B3-23A models have twice the length of the economical chillers and are the preferred models by most home brewers. If you need performance, we highly recommend using the B3-36A models. Remember that the length of the unit is most important for efficient heat transfer while adding plates is generally to relieve pressure drop through the channels (with some added heat transfer). It's usually better to buy a longer unit than to get one with more plates for the sake of performance. Note: Our beer wort chillers have garden hose fittings for the water side. If you prefer to use standard pipe fittings or need a bigger unit than the B3-36A (serious brewers) please check for other plate heat exchangers by Duda Energy.
