For quick reference, the water temperatures of each type of tea are also printed on the back of the timer. The CDN Tea Timer also functions as an all-purpose programmable timer. It can count up or down to 100 hours by hours, minutes and seconds. A big digit display makes it easy to read when near or far. It is easy to set, start, stop and clear, with an on/off switch to conserve battery life. There are five channels, with long, loud alarms that can't be missed, even in a busy foodservice environment.
