The thermometer is a non-contact infrared thermometer which displays the present reading and the maximum reading simultaneously. It can be used to measure surface temperatures of hot, hazardous, or hard-to-reach objects. Aim the thermometer at the target to be measured, then pull and hold the trigger ( > 1 second ). The display shows the surface temperature of the target. To stop the measurement, just release the trigger; the last measurement reading will be held on the display ( HOLD will appear as an indication ).

During the measurement, the max. reading will be displayed beside the MAX icon.

The Distance : Spot is 8 :1. Please make sure the target area is within the field of view.
