OPPOSITES REALLY DO ATTRACT (when it comes to wine anyway). Slightly feminine Sangiovese brings strawberry, plum and delicate spice notes to this "BELLISSIMO" of a marriage, while Syrah wears the pants offering intense blackberry, currant and black pepper spice character. Deep ruby red, this full-bodied wine is perfect with meat lasagna, pastas in marinara sauce and pepperoni & mushroom pizza.

• Yeast Pack
• Packet #2 Bentonite - helps yeast activity and removes proteins
• Packet #3 Potassium Metabisulphite - used to prevent oxidation and improve shelf life
• Packet #4 Potassium Sorbate - used as an anti-microbial agent to prevent re-fermentation
• Fining Agents - Kieselsol (up to 2 Packages) and Chitosan (up to 2 Packages) - removes proteins, which results in a clear stable wine -instructions.
