The Thomas Traceable Double Thermometer is used in applications requiring a broad range of temperatures, including furnaces, kilns, freezers, and other industrial applications. The thermometer measures temperature from -50 to 1300 degrees C (-58 to 1999 degrees F), with an accuracy of + or - 0.75 percent plus 1 degree C. The thermometer has two Type K thermocouple probes with separate channels. An RS 232 interface allows data to be transferred to a personal computer. The thermometer has a minimum/maximum and average temperature memory for long-term monitoring and a hold feature to freeze the display and capture the current reading. The thermometer is traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology standards, indicating that it is calibrated to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 levels.
