Operation:
1. To turn on the thermometer,pull the probe away from the thermometer body.the LCD screen will turn on,display all options,then dispay the current probe temperature.Toturn off,press the "ON/OFF" button.
2.The temperature is set to display temperatures in degrees fahrenheit,to switch to Celsius,press the "℃/℉" button,Saving max temperature records by pressing the "℃/℉" key for 6 keys (Max button records the maximum temperature)
3.Insert the probe into the thickest part of food to get its temperature.
4.Data-Hold.Before withdrawing the probe from the food,press"Hold"button,It will display the temperature reading until pressed again.
5. The temperatures will be displayed on the LCD screen
6.The thermometer will turn off automatically after 10 minutes if no other buttons are pressed
7.To chage the battery.open the case on the reverse side of the thermometer.replace with an AAA battery.

Fiedl calibration procedures:
1.the thermometer is calibration in a slush ice solution (60% crush ice and 40% tap water) or a water bath.Do not attempt to calibrate in any other manner
2.Immerse the stem of the thermometer to at least half length in the slush ince solution
3.Wait for the reading to become stable
4.Press and hold "HOLD"button for 8 seconds to begin calibration
5.CAL will be displayed for two seconds and calibration at 32℉/0℃ is completed
6.Remove the thermometer from the ince water and continue to take ,easurements

Warning:
DO NOT LEAVE THERMOMETER IN OVEN WHILE COOKING
DO NOT TOUCH HOT PROBE WITH BARE HANDS
Wash the metal probe in soapy water,Cleanthe thermometer by hand.
Do not campletely immerse in water.
The etal probe can be sterilized by soaking in boiling water for several minutes
