Dixon B19WX-R200 Stainless Steel 316L Sanitary Fitting, Tube Weld x Schedule 10 Weld Adapter, 2" Pipe Size

This Dixon B19WX Series weld adapter sanitary fitting is made of stainless steel 316L and has a tube weld connection and a schedule 10 weld pipe connection. Adapter fittings connect pipes or fittings with different end types. This fitting has a tube connection on one end and a schedule 10 weld pipe on the other, which has a different wall thickness. Schedule 10 pipe has a thinner wall and is lighter in weight than a standard wall fitting. This fitting is made of stainless steel 316L for strength, enhanced resistance to corrosion, and greater ease in welding than stainless steel 304. The lower carbon content of the material minimizes harmful carbide precipitation due to welding. It has a maximum operating pressure rating of 250 pounds per square inch (psi) at 70 degrees F ambient temperature. This weld adapter sanitary fitting meets 3-A Sanitary Standards Number 63-03 for sanitary fittings (authorization number 621) and is suitable for use in food, beverage, and dairy applications.
