Dixon B24RPH-G300 Stainless Steel 304 Sanitary Fitting, Round Tube Hanger, 3" Tube OD

This Dixon B24RPH-G series round tube hanger sanitary fitting with inserts is made of stainless steel 304 and secures tubing in place. The round shaped hanger is made of stainless steel 304 for resistance to corrosion and high temperatures, and the inserts are made of nitrile. The inserts conform to the tube to reduce movement and vibration. These inserts are made of nitrile for good compression set, abrasion, tear, solvent and oil resistance, and good adhesion to metals. The nitrile inserts have a maximum operating temperature of 230 degrees F, and the hanger fitting has a maximum operating pressure rating of 250 pounds per square inch (psi) at 70 degrees F ambient temperature. On hose assemblies, the pressure rating is the lower of either the rating of the coupling or the hose at 70 degrees F. This round tube hanger sanitary fitting is suitable for use in food, beverage, and dairy applications.
