Maple Creek Hardwood Press

This handsome wood press is sturdily constructed of birch hardwood, with a massively-built cross beam and screw assembly. With a large seven gallon capacity, you can make a lot of juice with the Maple Creek fruit press. The 1.5" diameter screw has 13.25" of travel; it's made of high strength steel and has an acme thread. The pressing basket is 12-3/4" inside diameter and 14-1/4" deep, for a large 7 gallon fruit capacity. Assembly takes one person about an hour. The tray (which the pressing basket sits on) and the lattice liner that sits in the tray are both shipped assembled. All wood parts need to be sealed and allowed to dry before assembly. Sealer is not included. A turning beam is not included with the press. If you have a jigsaw you can easily make the turning beam yourself from a regular 2x4, and we include basic instructions on how to do that. Dimensions: 21"D x 24"W x 41"H (39"H to top of posts).
