This NEW copper wort chiller is heavy duty and fits easily into smaller brew kettles - and it cools like crazy! It is important to cool beer (wort) to yeast pitching temperature in the shortest possible time. By putting a wort chiller into a brew kettle at the end of the boil and running cool water through the chiller. It can cool 5 gallons of wort in 10 -15 minutes.
