Does not include Pacman yeast. Brutal IPA: Brutal got its name because of the heavy hopping, not because it is overly bitter. The crystal hops used are of the low alpha variety - in large amounts you get fruity flavors and citrus aromas when you hop your wort during the boil. We suggest if you boil for 60 minutes and do your bittering hops the last 30 minutes. With Rogue Brutal IPA you are looking more for hop flavor than the bitterness.
